SCHIPHOL – Schiphol organiseert dit jaar ter gelegenheid van het honderdjarig bestaan van de luchthaven het ‘Airports Going Green congres 2016’.
SCHIPHOL – Schiphol organized this year to mark the centenary of the airport “Airports Going Green conference in 2016. Het congres vindt plaats van 31 oktober tot 2 november in het Hilton Hotel Amsterdam Airport. The conference takes place from October 31 to November 2 at the Hilton Hotel Amsterdam Airport.
Het thema is ‘Sustainable Encounters’. The theme is ‘Sustainable Encounters’. De conferentie focust zich op de kansen en uitdagingen op het gebied van emissions, passenger journey, purpose over profit en circular economy . The conference focuses on the opportunities and challenges in the field of emissions, passenger journey, purpose of profit and circular economy. De onderwerpen worden belicht door leiders uit de luchtvaartindustrie en aanverwante sectoren. The issues are discussed by leaders from the aerospace industry and related sectors. Sprekers zijn onder meer Peter Bakker, president World Business Council of Sustainable Development en Bertrand Piccard van Solar Impulse. Daarnaast zullen er topmanagers van SkyNRG, Tesla en grote internationale luchthavens aanwezig zijn en worden de Airports Going green Awards uitgereikt. Tijdens de conferentie zijn er ook bijeenkomsten waar CEO’s van luchthavens en overheidsorganisaties met elkaar in contact kunnen komen.
